1. Definitions
- "Harbor Willow" / "We" / "Us": Harbor Willow, a residential care home registered at 14 Sai Wan Ho Street, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong.
- "Service": The residential care arrangements, cultural programmes, and discovery stays provided by Harbor Willow, as well as this website.
- "User" / "You": Any individual who accesses this website or enquires about or uses our services.
- "Resident": An elderly adult who lives at Harbor Willow under a residential care arrangement.
- "Agreement": These Terms & Conditions, together with any service agreement signed between Harbor Willow and a family.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you are enquiring on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf. Use of our services is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
3. Description of Services
Harbor Willow provides non-medical residential care for elderly adults. Our services include:
- Willow Residence: Ongoing residential accommodation with meals, activities, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Cultural Heritage Mornings: A three-morning programme of cultural engagement sessions, open to residents and external participants.
- Five-Day Discovery Stay: A short residential trial for prospective residents.
Harbor Willow does not provide medical, nursing, or clinical care. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. We may occasionally be unavailable for brief periods due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate these situations to affected families promptly.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all enquiries and intake forms
- Disclose relevant information about a prospective resident's health, behaviour, and needs
- Treat staff with respect and dignity
- Not use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our website or systems
5. Payment Terms
Fees for all services are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Current fees are:
- Willow Residence: HK$13,800 per month
- Cultural Heritage Mornings: HK$1,750 per month
- Five-Day Discovery Stay: HK$3,200
Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each service period. We accept bank transfer. Fees are subject to review, and any changes will be communicated to affected families with a minimum of 30 days' notice. A separate service agreement will specify payment terms in full for residential arrangements.
6. Refund Policy
For the Discovery Stay, cancellations made more than 5 business days before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days will be considered case by case. For the Cultural Heritage Mornings, monthly fees paid in advance are non-refundable after the first session has been attended.
For Willow Residence, termination notice requirements and refund arrangements are set out in the individual service agreement signed at intake.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, and design — is the property of Harbor Willow or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. You are welcome to share links to our website.

This website and its contents are provided for informational purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that information is always current or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Harbor Willow's liability arising from the provision of services is limited to the fees paid for those services in the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service arrangement by providing written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Harbor Willow reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where a resident's needs exceed what we are able to safely provide as a non-medical facility. In such circumstances, we will work with the family to identify a suitable alternative.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. We encourage parties to seek resolution informally in the first instance by contacting us directly.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
